Every approved applicant is engaged as a freelancer/contractor on a per-engagement basis - project-based, hourly, or fixed-term, depending on the work. We do not offer salaried employment, and we make no benefits or guaranteed-hours claims here. Rates and terms are agreed directly once an engagement is proposed.

Why we collect it
We collect your skills, experience, rate expectations, and a resume/portfolio solely to evaluate your fit for contractor engagements. Only a founder reviews this information - it is never shared with clients or other applicants.
Your control
You can view everything you've submitted, update your draft before submitting, and withdraw/archive your application at any time from your applicant dashboard. Applying requires explicit consent to this processing and a confirmation that your information is truthful.
A full privacy policy for the applicant flow is pending formal legal review before production launch - see the consent notice in the application form for the current interim disclosure.
