Not every service has a fully automated delivery pipeline. Where a step is handled by a person, we tell you who is responsible and what to expect. You never need to coordinate the specialists yourself.

Payment / commercial approval
Catalog pricing is server-calculated and confirmed at checkout; a custom request gets a founder-prepared estimate you approve before paying.
Founder review
A founder reviews the requirements before any work starts - the consequential gate before delivery begins.
Delivery mode decision
The founder chooses AI-only, human-only, or AI + human delivery for this engagement - never inferred from the service type.
Routing to department & agent/freelancer
The order routes to the right department workflow, and to the specific agent and/or approved freelancer the delivery mode calls for.
Execution
Agents execute within defined scope, budget, and permission limits; assigned freelancers work only within their explicit assignment.
QA & founder approval
Every deliverable - AI-produced, freelancer-produced, or both - passes a QA and founder-approval gate before it reaches you.
Delivery, review & revisions
You review the deliverable and can request revisions under the engagement's revision policy before it's marked complete.

Final delivery
