Account information (name, email), order and engagement details, applicant information for freelancer applicants (skills, experience, portfolio links, resume), and usage information needed to operate the platform.
2. How we use it
To deliver the services you order, to evaluate freelancer applications, to communicate with you about your engagement, and to operate and secure the platform. We do not sell personal information.
3. Who can see it
Client data is isolated to your own organization. Freelancers see only the specific assignment they're given - never your full client record, and never other clients' work. Internal notes, costs, and agent reasoning are never shown to clients or freelancers.
4. Data retention
We retain account and engagement records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our own record-keeping obligations.
5. Your choices
You can review and update your own profile information from your portal. Contact us if you'd like to request a copy of, or the deletion of, your personal data, subject to our legitimate record-keeping needs.
