1. Engagement type
Freelancers/contractors are engaged on a per-engagement basis, not as employees. See our Careers page for how to apply.
2. Access scope
A freelancer only ever sees the specific project, task, or order they're explicitly assigned to - never our full client list, another freelancer's work, or unrelated clients.
3. What a freelancer cannot do
A freelancer cannot set or change pricing, issue invoices or refunds, approve their own final deliverable, change delivery mode, or take over the client relationship.
