Hosting & Maintenance Terms

1. Hosting responsibility
For services where deployment applies, hosting responsibility is one of: client-managed (you own and pay for hosting), company-managed (we manage it), hybrid (shared responsibility), or not applicable. This is confirmed at checkout, not left ambiguous.
2. Company-managed hosting
Where we manage hosting, any monthly fee, usage limits, and overage handling are disclosed before checkout as part of the service's commercial terms.
3. Maintenance
Maintenance responsibility - who fixes what after delivery - is disclosed per service. It's never assumed to be free ongoing support unless the service explicitly includes it.
4. Migration and handover
If you want to move a company-managed deployment elsewhere later, migration and handover terms are disclosed as part of the same commercial-terms confirmation.
