1. When a subscription applies

A recurring subscription only exists where a service's commercial terms disclose one - we never introduce recurring billing for a service that was sold as one-time.

2. Billing cycle

Subscription pricing, currency, and billing interval are confirmed before the subscription starts, and any usage-based overage is disclosed in advance.

3. Cancellation

You can request cancellation of a subscription at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how it affects the current billing period.
